Bags by MIJA is now participant of the GSES system
Mia Stik is a fashion designer and maker of sustainable bags. “Sustainability is one of my
favorite things, we live in a fast world and throw away so much, without thinking about it.”
“That’s a big burden on the environment.” Mia says
If you look at the bags, you only see reused material and BBM is always looking for new
possibilities to reuse material. They combine the materials and create a new bag. At the
moment they use commercial banners, festival banners, airbags, safety belts, denim, fabrics,
coffee bags and used leather.
All bags are unique and tell their own sustainable story. Made in Almere.
