Whether or not your organization has sustainability certifications or not, you can use the digital assessments on the GSES platform per pillar to assess your sustainability performance.
Simply fill in the information per point (like filling out a questionnaire), upload required evidence in the ‘Virtual Safe’, and then request an audit by an independent certification institution.
Step 2: Fill in the Context and Upload Relevant Evidence
When answering an assessment question, do so by first looking through the dropdown of KPIs related to the question and selecting all of the KPIs that your organization is currently meeting.
Then in the context box explain clearly how your organization is meeting the KPIs you’ve selected. Keep in mind, the context box will be read by the assessor; remember to direct them clearly to what within your Virtual Safe they can review as the burden of proof for your claims.
Step 3: Submit Your Answers and Request Verification
You can always save your answers to the assessments and come back to complete them at a later time.
Once you’ve answered all the questions, you can submit the assessment and request verification of your assessment. This will send your answers to an external auditing institution where an auditor will review you answers and cross-check them with the evidence uploaded in your Virtual Safe.
Once you’ve clicked on ‘Request Verification’, you will receive your verified score on the pillar within approximately 10-15 working days.
