Uber FCN Jewel Award for Female Leadership tijdens de 15e editie van de FCN Jewel Awards, gehouden in het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-1\" leiders die verandering stimuleren door innovatie, verbinding en beslissende actie. De prijs werd uitgereikt door\u00a0<strong>Saskia de Jongh<\/strong>, vicevoorzitter van\u00a0<strong>Uber eet<\/strong>, die Ruigrok prees voor haar opmerkelijke leiderschapsreis:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVan schoonmaakster tot CEO van een internationaal duurzaamheidsplatform laat Kelly zien hoe doelgericht leiderschap systemen echt kan veranderen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leiderschap met meetbare impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onder leiding van Ruigrok is GSES uitgegroeid tot een wereldwijd platform voor het meten en verbeteren van duurzaamheid, transparantie en circulaire prestaties in toeleveringsketens. Overheden, multinationals, MKB-bedrijven en leveranciers gebruiken het systeem om hun duurzaamheidsprestaties zichtbaar en controleerbaar te maken.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIk draag deze prijs op aan mijn team, onze partners en onze klanten over de hele wereld,\u201d zei Ruigrok.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVrouwelijk leiderschap gaat niet alleen over meer vrouwen aan tafel, het gaat over doelgericht bouwen, moed en samenwerking. Duurzaamheid vraagt om een nieuw soort leiderschap en we zijn nog maar net begonnen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vrouwelijk leiderschap als motor voor duurzame transformatie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Een groeiend aantal internationale onderzoeken toont aan dat vrouwelijke leiders sneller duurzame innovaties doorvoeren, meer inclusieve organisaties opbouwen en zich richten op langetermijnwaarde voor de maatschappij en het milieu. De Uber FCN Jewel Award benadrukt deze evolutie en eert vrouwen die industrie\u00ebn opnieuw vormgeven door impactgedreven leiderschap.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de avond werden ook andere uitmuntende vrouwelijke ondernemers erkend.<br \/>\nGunay Uslu (Corendon) ontving de\u00a0<em>Business Excellence Jewel Award<\/em>, en Marianne Baars, CEO van\u00a0<em>NieuwFysisch<\/em>, werd ook ge\u00eberd.<\/p>\n<p>De award trofee\u00ebn werden ontworpen door kunstenaar Micky Hoogendijk, die unieke artistieke stukken cre\u00eberde die kracht en transformatie symboliseren.<\/p>\n<p>Ruigrok sloot haar dankwoord af met een krachtige verklaring:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVrouwelijk leiderschap is geen trend, het is de toekomst van duurzame groei. Laten we systemen opschudden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Over de FCN Jewel Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De FCN Jewel Awards, georganiseerd door de\u00a0<em>Oprichters Koolstofnetwerk (FCN)<\/em>, brengt jaarlijks ondernemers, leidinggevenden en impactmakers samen.
