class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Roel Laban<\/span><\/span>, directeur van <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Sustainabuild Collectief<\/span><\/span> (SBC) vat de ambitie samen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"530\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>Duurzaamheidseisen nemen in de bouwsector razendsnel toe: aannemers willen rekenen met CO\u2082-data, opdrachtgevers eisen onderbouwing en fabrikanten en distributeurs worden geconfronteerd met talloze lijsten en portals vanuit alle hoeken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-1\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-1\" data-end=\"135\"><strong>E\u00e9n toegangspunt voor duurzaamheidsgegevens in de bouwwaardeketen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"137\" data-end=\"503\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Sustainabuild Collectief<\/span><\/span> (SBC) is een marktinitiatief van bouwmaterialengroothandels en inkooporganisaties in Nederland en Belgi\u00eb. Het doel: \u00e9\u00e9n uniforme manier om duurzaamheidsdata te delen binnen de keten, gebaseerd op de bestaande <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">GSES<\/span><\/span> Platform non-profit en met de gehele waardeketen erbij betrokken.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe hebben SBC bewust als een stichting gestructureerd, zodat het echt een gezamenlijk, marktgedreven initiatief wordt voor en door de sector,\u201d zegt <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Roel Laban<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"1028\">In dit interview spreekt Steven van de Cruijs (Communicatiemanager bij Koninklijke Hibin) met Roel Laban, Directeur van SBC, over voor wie SBC er is, hoe het werkt, wat het kost, en wat het oplevert voor producenten, handelaren en aannemers. Alvorens later in het interview in te gaan op de pricing, schetsen zij eerst de belangrijkste bouwstenen van het initiatief.<\/p>\n<h5 data-section-id=\"hxaynz\" data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1056\">E\u00e9n uniforme route<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1130\"><strong data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1130\">Voor wie is Sustainabuild Collective bedoeld en welk probleem lost het op?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1203\">Roel: SBC richt zich op drie kernrollen in de waardeketen van de bouw:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Producenten, leveranciers en importeurs<\/li>\n<li>Handelaren<\/li>\n<li>Aannemers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1335\">Iedereen profiteert van minder duplicatie en meer standaardisatie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1504\">Producenten willen niet langer dat elke klant dezelfde duurzaamheidsvragen stelt, telkens in verschillende Excel-spreadsheets die de huidige situatie weerspiegelen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1705\">Handelaren willen duurzame leveranciers- en productkeuzes beter onderbouwen, terwijl ze steeds vaker door hun klanten worden gevraagd naar de milieu- en duurzaamheidseffecten van hun aankopen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1866\">Aannemers hebben op hun beurt diezelfde productgerichte duurzaamheidsgegevens van handelaren nodig voor aanbestedingen, vergunningen, duurzaamheidsstrategie\u00ebn, rapportage en naleving.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1956\">Het kernprobleem: bijna iedereen gebruikt zijn eigen vragenlijsten, formaten en portals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2109\">\u201cAls iedereen zijn eigen kleine data platform bouwt, eindig je met twintig licht verschillende versies en een gefragmenteerd landschap vol extra werk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2330\">Dat is geen gezonde situatie voor de sector. SBC kiest daarom bewust voor \u00e9\u00e9n uniforme route met behulp van GSES, een platform dat zich in andere sectoren al heeft bewezen, en daar bovenop de samenwerking en afspraken te organiseren.<\/p>\n<h5 data-section-id=\"r9jxn4\" data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2372\">Handelaren kiezen voor volledig lidmaatschap<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2407\"><strong data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2407\">Hoe werkt het in de praktijk?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2409\" data-end=\"2477\">Roel: SBC werkt met drie GSES-lidmaatschappen: Limited, Pro en Full.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2492\">Limited<\/strong>: voornamelijk gebruikt om te reageren op klantgegevensverzoeken. U uploadt bestaande certificeringen (bijv. ISO, EcoVadis, CO\u2082 Prestatieladder), bouwt een organisatie score op en deelt productgegevens. (\u20ac1.795\/jaar)<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"2696\" data-end=\"2703\">Pro<\/strong>: voegt een module voor organisatiebeoordeling toe (CO\u2082-voetafdruk, circulariteit, duurzame inkoop, veiligheid &amp; gezondheid). (vanaf \u20ac4.350\/jaar)<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"2850\" data-end=\"2858\">Volledig<\/strong>: bevat de volledige ESG-tool en supply chain module, met inzicht in partnergegevens (indien gedeeld). (\u20ac17.250\/jaar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2977\" data-end=\"3140\">Voor handelaren is Volledig doorgaans de logische keuze, omdat het echte sturing op duurzaamheid mogelijk maakt. Producenten beginnen vaak met Beperkt of Pro en schalen na verloop van tijd op.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3142\" data-end=\"3264\">In veel gevallen nemen inkooporganisaties centraal lidmaatschappen af, waardoor aangesloten leden goedkoper kunnen deelnemen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3266\" data-end=\"3283\">Voor productgegevens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u20ac28 per product voor LCA\/EPD-gegevens<\/li>\n<li>\u20ac80 per product voor stuklijst (Bill of Materials)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3368\" data-end=\"3451\">Deze kosten dekken verificatie en het aanmaken van een product scorecard binnen GSES.<\/p>\n<h5 data-section-id=\"knb78h\" data-start=\"3458\" data-end=\"3479\">Wat levert het op voor...<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"3481\" data-end=\"3516\"><strong data-start=\"3481\" data-end=\"3516\">Wat zijn de concrete voordelen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3518\" data-end=\"3556\">Roel: Het komt neer op drie dingen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minder administratieve last<\/li>\n<li>Betere besluitvorming<\/li>\n<li>Lagere commerci\u00eble risico's<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3642\" data-end=\"3771\">Producenten verminderen repetitieve rapportage. In plaats van elke klant afzonderlijk te antwoorden, dienen ze gegevens eenmalig op een gestandaardiseerde manier in.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3773\" data-end=\"3883\">Handelaren krijgen een duidelijke basis voor leveranciers- en assortimentsbeslissingen en kunnen sneller reageren op vragen van klanten.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"3982\">Aannemers verkrijgen betrouwbare, vergelijkbare gegevens:<br data-start=\"3928\" data-end=\"3931\" \/>\u201cGeef ons iets waar we daadwerkelijk mee kunnen rekenen.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5 data-section-id=\"1l7htu6\" data-start=\"3989\" data-end=\"4023\">Organisatorische vs productgegevens<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"4025\" data-end=\"4134\">Hoewel productgegevens (CO\u2082, LCA, milieuprofielen) belangrijk zijn, zijn organisatorische gegevens even essentieel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4136\" data-end=\"4179\">GSES fungeert als een one-stop shop voor zowel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organisatorische gegevens (bv. CSRD, ESG-structuren)<\/li>\n<li>Productgegevens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4256\" data-end=\"4363\">Organisatorische gegevens worden een \u201clicentie om te opereren\u201d; zonder deze gegevens lopen bedrijven het risico te worden uitgesloten van aanbestedingen.<\/p>\n<h5 data-section-id=\"1vrs2yv\" data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4409\">Van productgegevens naar projectimpact<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"4411\" data-end=\"4505\">In de productmodule wordt data vastgelegd zoals CO\u2082 per product en gerecycled\/biobased gehalte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4507\" data-end=\"4603\">Aannemers en opdrachtgevers kunnen dit vermenigvuldigen met inkoopvolumes om de projectimpact te berekenen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4605\" data-end=\"4704\">In plaats van Excel-gebaseerde berekeningen kan dit uiteindelijk rechtstreeks via het platform of API's worden gedaan.<\/p>\n<h5 data-section-id=\"19jg5i7\" data-start=\"4711\" data-end=\"4746\">Positionering versus bestaande systemen<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"4748\" data-end=\"4839\">Hoe verhoudt SBC zich tot systemen zoals 2BA, IB en de Nationale Milieudatabase (NMD)?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4841\" data-end=\"4889\">Roel:<br data-start=\"4846\" data-end=\"4849\" \/>SBC is complementair, geen vervanging.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4891\" data-end=\"4992\">\n<li data-section-id=\"h7gidb\" data-start=\"4891\" data-end=\"4942\">2BA \/ IB \u2192 productgegevensbanken (technische specificaties)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pciji8\" data-start=\"4943\" data-end=\"4992\">SBC\/GSES \u2192 voegt gevalideerde duurzaamheidsgegevens toe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4994\" data-end=\"5041\">Voor NMD:<br data-start=\"5002\" data-end=\"5005\" \/>\u201cHet is niet ons doel om het te vervangen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5043\" data-end=\"5087\">SBC richt zich op aanvullende use cases zoals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vroege-fase vergelijking<\/li>\n<li>Organisatorische CO\u2082-voetafdruk<\/li>\n<li>Inkoopbeslissingen buiten naleving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 data-section-id=\"lmf78a\" data-start=\"5201\" data-end=\"5223\">Hoe te beginnen<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"5225\" data-end=\"5261\">Roel: De entree is makkelijker dan verwacht.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><mark><\/mark>Word lid van SBC (rechtstreeks of via een inkooporganisatie)<\/li>\n<li>Word lid van GSES<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik onboardingmaterialen<\/li>\n<li>Leveranciers activeren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5398\" data-end=\"5480\">\u201cBegin klein met een beperkte productset of bestsellers. Leer, test en schaal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5482\" data-end=\"5526\">Vroege adopters zullen worden gezien als voorlopers.<\/p>\n<h5 data-section-id=\"1dxt2g7\" data-start=\"5533\" data-end=\"5564\">Laatste bericht aan de markt<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"5566\" data-end=\"5573\">Roel:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"5575\" data-end=\"5809\">\u201cEr is nog steeds enige onzekerheid, vooral bij producenten. Maar zodra we het uitleggen, verdwijnen de meeste zorgen, vooral als schaalbaarheid duidelijk wordt. Dit is niet zomaar een Benelux-initiatief; we sluiten aan bij Europese normen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5811\" data-end=\"5930\">\u201cDe vraag naar duurzaamheid verdwijnt niet. Als je er niet op inspeelt, mis je commerci\u00eble kansen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5932\" data-end=\"6145\">\u201cWacht niet op een nieuw initiatief. SBC wordt al breed ondersteund in Nederland, Belgi\u00eb en Luxemburg. We hebben een fundament, een sterk platform met GSES en het momentum om iets blijvends op te bouwen.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"empty-space empty-single\" ><span
