sustainability ambitions into real-world action?<\/h3>\n<p>At GSES, we make sustainability measurable and actionable at organisational, product, asset, and event levels. Through our platform and the Nature Impact Score (NIS), we provide retailers and manufacturers with clear insights into the environmental impact of their products. This enables them to make better decisions and communicate their sustainability efforts with confidence.<\/p>\n<p>This is becoming increasingly important. The Nature Impact Score is now displayed in all Kruidvat and Trekpleister stores <em><strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kruidvat.nl\/nature-impact-score\">learn more<\/a>)<\/strong><\/em>! We are also working on exciting projects in the retail sector with clients such as ACTION, Leen Bakker, Xenos, and Kwantum.<\/p>\n<p>As more and more customers start using our platform, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Support Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about our platform. You will guide them through the system, resolve issues, and help them get the most out of GSES.<\/p>\n<p>Your customer insights are incredibly valuable. By sharing what you see and hear with the team, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, you won&#8217;t be doing this alone. You will work closely with project managers, IT specialists, and colleagues in an international team, based in the heart of Rotterdam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and (ticketing system\/chat)<\/li>\n<li>Support customers in using the platform, including submitting data and interpreting results<\/li>\n<li>Analyse technical issues and escalate them to the IT team when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding new customers, helping them become fully familiar with the GSES platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have at least 2 years of experience in customer success or customer support, preferably within a software company<\/li>\n<li>You are customer-focused, proactive, and enjoy solving problems<\/li>\n<li>You take ownership of customer cases and follow through until they are resolved<\/li>\n<li>You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex topics clearly and understandably, especially over the phone<\/li>\n<li>You are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Experience with SaaS platforms or B2B customers<\/li>\n<li>Experience with (ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot)<\/li>\n<li>An interest in sustainability or data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>A full-time position (36\u201340 hours per week)<\/li>\n<li>Competitive employment benefits, including (holiday allowance, OV business card, laptop, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>A diverse and rewarding role with plenty of customer interaction and responsibility<\/li>\n<li>An international team and an office in the heart of Rotterdam<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to make sustainability measurable and turn insights into meaningful action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Sound like a match?<\/h4>\n<p>We&#8217;d love to hear from you!
