Through our platform and the Nature Impact Score (NIS), we provide retailers and manufacturers with clear insights into the environmental impact of their products. This enables them to make better decisions and communicate their sustainability efforts with confidence.<\/p>\n<p>This is becoming increasingly important. The Nature Impact Score is now displayed in all Kruidvat and Trekpleister stores (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kruidvat.nl\/nature-impact-score\">learn more<\/a>)! We are also working on exciting projects in the retail sector with clients such as ACTION, Leen Bakker, Xenos, and Kwantum.<\/p>\n<p>As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can turn sustainability ambitions into successful implementations. Someone who takes ownership, brings structure to complex projects, and ensures that great ideas become real-world solutions. That&#8217;s where you come in.<\/p>\n<h3 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 &#091;&#093;\">Your role<\/h3>\n<p>As a Project Manager, you will help clients turn their sustainability ambitions into practical solutions. You translate their needs into clear action plans, keep projects on track, and ensure everyone knows what needs to happen next.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, you won&#8217;t be doing this alone. You will work closely with clients and colleagues in an international team, based in the heart of Rotterdam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Lead client projects from kick-off to delivery, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Translate client needs into clear, practical, and achievable project plans<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal teams, including data specialists, IT professionals, and sustainability experts, to ensure smooth project execution<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress, identify potential risks early, and keep stakeholders informed<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve our project approach and help develop and optimise our processes as we grow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>You have at least 5 years of experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>You take initiative and maintain a clear overview, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with different stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management<\/li>\n<li>You are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Experience in a SaaS, scale-up, or consultancy environment<\/li>\n<li>An interest in sustainability, retail, or supply chains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>A full-time position (36\u201340 hours per week)<\/li>\n<li>Competitive employment benefits, including (holiday allowance, travel allowance, laptop, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>A role with real responsibility and ownership within a growing scale-up<\/li>\n<li>An international team and an office in the heart of Rotterdam<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to make sustainability measurable and turn insights into meaningful action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sound like a match?<\/h3>\n<p>We&#8217;d love to hear from you!
