As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can turn sustainability ambitions into successful implementations. Someone who takes ownership, brings structure to complex projects, and ensures that great ideas become real-world solutions. That’s where you come in.

Your role

As a Project Manager, you will help clients turn their sustainability ambitions into practical solutions. You translate their needs into clear action plans, keep projects on track, and ensure everyone knows what needs to happen next.

Of course, you won’t be doing this alone. You will work closely with clients and colleagues in an international team, based in the heart of Rotterdam.

What will you do?

• Lead client projects from kick-off to delivery, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and deadlines
• Translate client needs into clear, practical, and achievable project plans
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process
• Coordinate internal teams, including data specialists, IT professionals, and sustainability experts, to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks early, and keep stakeholders informed
• Identify opportunities to improve our project approach and help develop and optimise our processes as we grow

Who are you?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in project management
• You take initiative and maintain a clear overview, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with different stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken

As more and more customers start using our platform, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Support Team.

Your role

As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about our platform. You will guide them through the system, resolve issues, and help them get the most out of GSES.

Your customer insights are incredibly valuable. By sharing what you see and hear with the team, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.

Of course, you won’t be doing this alone. You will work closely with project managers, IT specialists, and colleagues in an international team, based in the heart of Rotterdam.

What will you do?

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and (ticketing system/chat)
• Support customers in using the platform, including submitting data and interpreting results
• Analyse technical issues and escalate them to the IT team when necessary
• Assist with onboarding new customers, helping them become fully familiar with the GSES platform

Who are you?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in customer success or customer support, preferably within a software company
• You are customer-focused, proactive, and enjoy solving problems
• You take ownership of customer cases and follow through until they are resolved
• You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex topics clearly and understandably, especially over the phone
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken

Leuk om te hebben:

• Experience with SaaS platforms or B2B customers
• Experience with (ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot)
• An interest in sustainability or data

Jouw rol als senior PHP Laravel ontwikkelaar

Als Senior PHP Laravel Developer speel je een sleutelrol in het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van ons kernplatform. Je werkt nauw samen met product-, data- en operations-teams om de prestaties, veiligheid en schaalbaarheid te garanderen. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je verantwoordelijkheid neemt, bijdraagt aan beslissingen over de architectuur en junior ontwikkelaars begeleidt waar nodig.

Verantwoordelijkheden

- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van complexe backendsystemen met behulp van PHP (Laravel).
- Schaalbare, veilige en onderhoudbare architecturen ontwerpen.
- Systeemprestaties en databasestructuren optimaliseren.
- Integreer API's, externe gegevensbronnen en services van derden.
- Deelnemen aan technische besluitvorming en codebeoordelingen.
- Samenwerken met product-, data- en duurzaamheidsexperts.
- Zorgen voor hoge standaarden in codekwaliteit, testen en documentatie.

Vereisten

- Gevestigd in Nederland.
- 7+ jaar werkervaring.
- Sterke expertise in PHP en Laravel (senior-niveau).
- Sterke kennis van MySQL.
- Ervaring met Git-gebaseerde workflows.
- Inzicht in softwarearchitectuur en ontwerppatronen.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen.
- Sterke probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden.
- Managementvaardigheden.

Leuk om te hebben

- Ervaring met cloudomgevingen (AWS, Azure of vergelijkbaar).
- Ervaring met Docker / CI-CD pipelines.
