You combine strong leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset and a genuine bias for execution. You know how to translate vision into operational structure, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and stay grounded in a dynamic, early-stage environment. Fluency in Dutch is required.
Nice to have:
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, or data-driven platforms
- Background in digital platforms or SaaS environments
- Experience with international or EU-funded projects
- Experience in fundraising or investor relations
What We Offer
This is a key leadership position within an impact-driven scale-up, offering direct influence on company strategy and long-term growth. You will have the opportunity to co-build an international sustainability platform from the inside, with a flexible working environment, a competitive compensation package including potential equity participation, and real long-term growth opportunities within GSES.
