Daarnaast werkt CSU, samen met de Johan Cruijff ArenA, aan het Wonderboyz-project, waarbij jongeren met een lichamelijke of verstandelijke beperking een essentiële rol spelen bij het schoon en representatief houden van het stadion. Door dit initiatief helpen CSU en de Johan Cruijff ArenA jongeren met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, aan een fijne werkplek en draagt het bij aan de gezamenlijke maatschappelijke betrokkenheid.
