We are excited to share that Zevij-Necomij has partnered with the Global Sustainable Enterprise System (GSES) to enhance their commitment to sustainability. This partnership enables Zevij-Necomij to identify and collaborate with suppliers who share the same dedication to sustainable practices.
As part of this initiative, we invite your organisation to join the GSES community as a member, contributing to a global effort to foster sustainability.
Nearly two years ago, Zevij-Necomij began seeking a reliable method to classify and communicate sustainability data, responding to market developments and legislative changes in the Netherlands and the EU. Our collaboration, formalised on June 30, 2023, focuses on assessing wholesalers, suppliers, and products for sustainability performance. By utilising GSES scores, suppliers can effectively communicate their sustainability efforts, identify areas for improvement, and gain a competitive advantage in a market increasingly oriented toward sustainability.
Zevij-Necomij is committed to displaying GSES scores for every supplier and product in their catalogue, ensuring that sustainability information is readily available to customers. This data will be shared with affiliated wholesalers and integrated into their Product Information Management (PIM) systems.

How to join Zevij-Necomij’s journey on the GSES Platform
As a supplier of Zevij-Necomij you received (or should receive soon) a digital ‘package’ informing you about the GSES platform. In short the ambitions of Zevij-Necomij are as follows;

But that’s not all – your products are equally important in this journey. Zevij-Necomij requests you to evaluate your top 50 products, providing either detailed Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) documentation or obtaining a product rating using the innovative GSES Nature Impact Rating.

- Select the the tailor-made membership that suits your needs:
- Limited Plus Membership : intended for organisations that:
- At organisational level: already have a lot of sustainability measurement done and now simply aim to map existing certificates in a generic way to the GSES methodology.
- At product level: want to start assessing sustainability and require the GSES Product Module functionality.
This membership unlocks the following features under the organisation module and the product module:
- Organisation module: baseline measurement based on already obtained verified certificates accessible via the feature ‘Certifications’
- Product module: access to product-level measurement and third party verification via a desk audit
Zevij-Necomij request under this membership: upload and have your certificates validated at organisation level for a baseline measurement, and register and get your top 50 products verified.
- Pro Membership: intended for organisations that:
- At organisational level, do not (yet) have their sustainability measurement done or want to improve after their initial mapping, aim to use the GSES platform to upload certificates and additionally do in-depth assessments and request validation
- At product level, do not (yet) have a focus
This membership unlocks full access tot the organisation module, including the completion and third party verification via desk audits of the 6 sustainability pillars.
- Organisation module: baseline measurement based on already obtained verified certificates accessible via the feature ‘Certifications’, access to assessments and third party verification via desk audits on the 6 sustainability pillars
- Product module: no access
Zevij-Necomij request under this membership: upload and have your certificates validated at organisation level for a baseline measurement as well as continuing filling out the (6) GSES Pillars / Assessments to submit them for third party verification.
- Pro Plus Membership: intended for organisations that:
- At organisational level, do not (yet) have their sustainability measurement done or want to improve after their initial mapping, aim to use the GSES platform to upload certificates and additionally do in-depth assessments and request verification.
- At product level, want to start assessing sustainability and require the GSES Product Module functionality. Existing product certificates, LCAs, EPDs can be uploaded to obtain a baseline measurement.
This membership unlocks the following features under the organisation module and the product module:
- Organisation module: baseline measurement based on already obtained verified certificates accessible via the feature ‘Certifications’, access to assessments and third party verification via desk audits on the 6 sustainability pillars.
- Product module: access to product-level measurement and third party verification via a desk audit
Zevij-Necomij request under this membership: upload and have your certificates validated at organisation level for a baseline measurement as well as filling out the (6) GSES Pillars / Assessments to submit them for third party verification. Register and get your top 50 products verified.
